Pupils sing with Professional Opera singers
A group of children from Stapleford Community Primary School sang with professional opera singers recently. The pupils worked with Ute Lepeti-Clare a mezzo soprano from ‘The Lepetit Opera group’ to perform a version of Hansel and Gretel by Humperdinck, at the Granary in Stapleford.
Mrs Spain, Headteacher, said”The children sang and danced beautifully and they thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of working with professional singers at this super venue.”
